Daniel Mark Siegel MD, President Elect, American Academy of Dermatology; Clinical Professor of Dermatology, SUNY Downstate; Director, Procedural Dermatology Fellowship. Professor Siegel is collaborating with MDL to study the use of VivoSight to diagnose, stage, map lesion margins and monitor treatment of skin cancers.
Professor Gregor Jemec & Dr Mette Mogenson Associate Professor, Founding Chairman, Department of Dermatology, Roskilde Hospital, University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Professor Jemec is collaborating with MDL to understand how VivoSight can be used to monitor non-invasive skin cancer treatments such as Photo Dynamic Therapy (PDT).
Dr Andrew Coleman & Dr Katie Lacy, Guys & St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK. Drs Coleman & Lacy are collaborating with MDL to study the use of VivoSight to diagnose, stage, map lesion margins and monitor treatment of skin cancers.
Professor Julia Welzel, Chief physician, Clinic for Dermatology and Allergology, Klinikum Augsburg, Germany. Prof Welzel is a renowned expert in non-invasive imaging of the skin and has published many paper on the use of OCT in dermatology. She is undertaking research using VivoSight to monitor topical therapies for actinic keratosis.
Dr Joachim Fluhr, Director of Dermatologic Surgery, Department of Dermatology, Venereology and Allergology, Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Germany. Dr Fluhr is evaluating OCT for assisting the complete resectioning of non-melanoma skin cancer during Mohs micrographic surgery.
Professor Dennis McGonagle, Professor of Regenerative Medicine, Leeds Musculoskeletal Biomedical Research Unit, Chapel Allerton Hospital, The University of Leeds. Prof. McGonagle's group is evaluating OCT images of the nail to provide indicators and differentiators of different types of arthritis.
Mr Colin Hopper, Head, Unit of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery; Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at University College London Hospitals, London UK. Mr Hopper is collaborating with MDL in the use of VivoSight for oral cancer diagnosis and treatment monitoring and is also involved in Photo Dynamic Therapy (PDT) applications.
Professor Timothy F Watson, Director of Research at King’s College London Dental Institute, London, UK. Professor Watson is collaborating with MDL to study the use of VivoSight for detecting early signs of dental implant failure.
