Martin is very experienced project manager, with a CV that includes several large product developments at previous employers Image Automation Ltd and GEC. Dan previously worked in the University of Leiden Medical Center where he designed speckle flowmetry technologies for obstetric surgeries. He has eight years experience in the field of OCT, and received his PhD from the Biomedical Optics group at the University of Kent at Canterbury. The optical processing techniques he designed there are still generating new publications to this day.
